A Small Group Intervention Program to Support Early Speech and Language Development

This parent-child group intervention program facilitated by a licensed speech language pathologist provides parent education and guided practice of strategies to facilitate speech and language development in the toddler population. The fun, themed format of the group focuses on providing parents with language stimulation techniques that can be adapted for use in daily activities. This program is for Children 18 months to 3 years of age that present with language impairments (i.e.; difficulty understanding language or using limited vocabulary). One-hour group classes are held 1-2 times per week.
